Returns

If you intend to return an item, kindly reach out to us at mick@micksfishingtackle.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization. You can contact us via email, phone, or our website’s contact form, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon receiving your request, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on the return process. It’s important to note that the item must be returned in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging. The shipping cost for returning the item is your responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on the return process, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. You can reach us via email or phone, supplying your order number and the reason for the exchange.
